Edit/update: After sending an email to the head of housekeeping, He sent a team to my mom's to clean. They were very kind and they did a nice job. We found a mold/mildew problem in my mother's apartment. Management sent up some people two different times and my mother was told that she left the windows open and that was the reason why it was so damp in her apartment. My mother has never opened the windows, there is only one small window at either side of a large pane window. Then they told her that it was just dust. Then they tried to tell her that the windows were clean. She is no dummy, anyone knows the difference between mildew and dust. At 91 years of age she had to walk around and point things out to three seemingly capable men. She wanted to point some more out by another piece of furniture and he looked at her and said "we don't move furniture." So, I am stepping in to make a major complaint. Pictures and all.
