What we collect, what we share, with whom, and how to stop.
Researching
You can search, compare, and read every profile without an account. Your shortlist, compare list, and notes are stored in your own browser until you choose to save a workspace. We do not ask for health information to research.
Sending a request
When you request pricing or a tour, we collect the minimum needed to make the introduction: your name, email, optional phone, move timeline, and the request itself. We share that with the one community you chose and no one else. Before you send, we show whether that community pays us and who will receive your details, and you confirm the consent text (version 2.3). We record the consent text, its version, the time, and technical details of the submission so the record can be audited.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, share it with unrelated providers, or pass it to advertising platforms as personal data. We do not infer or store sensitive health details beyond what you choose to type into a request.
Stopping contact
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time by writing to hello@placewisely.com. Communities you contacted directly are separate businesses; ask them directly to stop, and tell us so we can note it.
Access and deletion
Write to hello@placewisely.com to see or delete the information we hold about you. We keep consent records for as long as an introduction may be disputed, then delete them.
