My grandmother is a resident at Spring Arbor, and our family is truly grateful for the care and kindness she receives. The staff treats her with compassion, respect, and patience, which gives us so much peace of mind knowing she’s in good hands.
We recently celebrated her birthday there, and Spring Arbor graciously allowed us to use their social room so our family could gather together in a private space. It made her day so special to be surrounded by the people she loves. While the room was a little warm, it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for bringing everyone together.
Thank you to the staff for helping make my grandmother’s birthday memorable and for the excellent care you provide every day. We truly appreciate everything you do for her and all of the residents. Highly recommend! ⭐
Spring Arbor Senior Living staff and tenants joined us at Lenoir County Council On Aging June 15th, for the Elder Abuse Awareness Walk. The tenants were very excited to walk. The staff kept asking them if they needed a ride during the walk and everyone kept saying no, I'm walking. Very nice and caring staff. It was very hot that morning and the made sure everyone had water.

Rebecca, the Resident Care Coordinator, goes above and beyond to ensure residents receive personalized care and support. Kenneth, the Medical Technician, is kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From the Environment staff cleaning the building,Dietary Staff,Nursing Assistants and Cythina the receptionist warm smiles greets you upon entering the facility.

I would also like to recognize the med techs, Ingram, Regina, and Kenny. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions or provide updates regarding my loved one’s care. Whether it is sharing important medical information or letting me know when additional items such as nutritional supplements are needed, they are always on point and communicate effectively.
There are several other staff members who have also been wonderful and deserve recognition, even though I do not know all of their names. Their kindness, patience, and dedication do not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated.

The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly treats each resident like family. They do an excellent job of promoting independence while providing the right level of assistance when needed.
The activities are wonderful and keep residents engaged, active, and socially connected. There is always something fun or meaningful to participate in, which really enhances their quality of life.
One thing I appreciate most is the communication with families. The staff keeps us informed, answers questions promptly, and genuinely values our input. It's reassuring to know they work as a team with families to provide the best possible care.
Health and safety are clearly top priorities. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is always focused on the well-being of the residents. Knowing my loved one is in a safe environment with people who truly care gives me tremendous peace of mind. I couldn't be happier with the care and support they provide.
