Had alot of trouble getting thru on their phone system & initially put a bad review which seem to get some attention. Courtney, called apologized for the issues, they've been having issues with the call system. Courtney was very helpful, provided a lot of good info so we are happy to move forward with getting our relatives into the facility.
I’ve always had a pleasant experience working with Courtney, Sales Manager of Brookdale. I know I can count on her for quick responses and top-notch professionalism. I will definitely send any individuals in need of placement her way, knowing they’ll be well taken care of!

They have been great with my grandmother. She has been to rehab and they have been helpful thru it all and the communication piece with everything is the best part! I’m happy to see her taken care of and seeing her living her best life.
We made the decision to place our Aunt with Brookdale and it has been the best decision we could have ever made. She has
so many things to keep her busy and has made friends with wonderful residents. We cannot say enough good things about Brookdale and excited to watch our Aunt continue to flourish. We believe we've found our forever home.
