My uncle was recently placed at Highlands and my mother and I have been very pleased with how attentive and helpful the staff has been. Rose and Blair answered all of our questions and put us at ease immediately. The home feels warm and comfortable and we know that his needs are being met. Although he has only been here a short time, our initial experience has been A+!
This assisted living facility truly feels like home. It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that brings comfort to both residents and families. The staff are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring with my loved one. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure residents are cared for with dignity and compassion. We are very grateful for the kindness and support they provide every day.
We recently moved our sister to this facility. The place is clean and very pleasant. The staff is great and willing to help with any thing we need. They are very good with the clients and really strive to make everything nice . We appreciate all they do. Thank you Blair and the entire staff.
Staff so caring and helpful in transition of loved one being a new resident with the facility. Within this time I am very pleased with their service and compassion showed to my loved one. The staff goes the extra mile.
I remember when my mom Blaire Crawford first stated working here because I would go visit my grandma Patricia McDaniel “MA” it would always smell so bad and it was so depressing. But now she has turned the facility all the way around were you walk in and feel welcomed and it’s like my home and I think she has did an amazing job.
