Our family has had a wonderful experience with this memory care facility. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and treated our loved one with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. It's clear that they truly care about the residents and go above and beyond to ensure they are safe, comfortable, and engaged.
The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. We appreciate the regular communication from the staff and the peace of mind that comes from knowing our loved one is receiving compassionate, high-quality care.
Choosing a memory care facility is never easy, but this team has made the transition much smoother for our family. We are incredibly grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for exceptional memory care.
Willow Ridge Memory Care is an exceptional community that provides outstanding care and support for its residents. The Executive Director, TQ, is an outstanding leader who is deeply committed to ensuring every resident receives compassionate, high-quality care. TQ fosters a welcoming environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion, making Willow Ridge Memory Care a wonderful place for residents to call home.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this facility. My family member has been here going on five years, and they love it here. When we first place him here I was unsure about transitioning him here, dealing with separation anxiety and his comfort level, but to my surprise, he didn’t have any issues, he was quite happy and expressed that he liked his new friends, and declined to come to visit on holidays or special occasions. He stated that this is where he lives and is very happy. The staff is phenomenal and the residents love them. The rooms are clean and very personal to each resident’s unique environment. The meals,quite tasty, I am told.
The staff is absolutely amazing. The building director really cares for his residents. They do amazing activities with the residents. I would highly recommend.
My brother was a resident of Willow Ridge for 4 years & passed in December 2023. He was well cared for.
At that time it was difficult to get management's attention. I recently received a statement showing an updated balance. I contacted TQ the current Director who resolved the concern within days. I was shocked at his quick response & his concern. TQ is amazing. If Willow Ridge has made other improvements at the level of TQ's response & resolution I'd place a loved one here without reservations. Way to go!!
