Z G★★★★★a year agoThe Pavilion of Downtown Venice is truly exceptional. The staff go above and beyond not because they have to, but because they genuinely care. Erin, Ashley, Moe, and the entire team are compassionate, hardworking, and deeply committed to making the residents feel comfortable, valued, and loved. Their dedication is heartfelt and it shows in every interaction. This place is filled with people who truly make a difference. Highly recommend
