The facility has a feeling of"being at home." It is well furnished, with classic taste and contains many charming nooks. It is very clean. Everyone is friendly and seems happy. The staff is outstanding namely Mark and Anna the Directors...Matt at the front desk is outstanding in kindness and patience, and Logan head of matinenance performed difficcult tasks for me with ease. He is also very personable . They all could not be more helpful and prompt answering calls for help while moving in. During an unfortunate emergency situation Anna and Mark were always there to support me. AS A RETIRED M.S. R.N. LMT now age 92 still in my own home I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VENICE PALMS.
Venice palms memory care is great my mom is well taken care of, I’m very happy that I found this place, she loves the food! That’s a plus!most places have very hospital looking food not here it’s restaurant style food, the place is very clean, lots of activities to keep mind busy, Nicole is great with my mom she is very patient and passionate, everyone from food director to memory care coordinator, is great they are very friendly and take there jobs seriously, they want residents to feel at home and comfortable, I recommend this place if you’re loved one is in need very compassionate and professional people!
My partner has been a resident in the Memory Care Unit for several months. I am impressed with the staff of the Memory Care Unit. They consistently treat residents with the respect and dignity due them; I have never observed an incidence of any resident being treated in a condensing manner or treated like a young child. This is very admirable, probably very rare, and I am so pleased my partner is so well cared for.
Cylvens is an excellent coordinator, handling anything that happens with his calm, reassuring presence. And preventing incidents from happening with his leadership.
I had the pleasure of working with Mark, sales director, for two of my recent clients that I was helping find senior living placement. They have a very good price point for the seniors that I work with and the community is clean. The residents are happy and they went above and beyond to make sure that my family was taken care of.
I look forward to working with them more in the near future.
My mother has received wonderful care here. The staff are kind, attentive, and truly make her feel at home. The community is always clean, welcoming, and well-managed. I’m grateful for the compassion and professionalism they show every day. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one.
