As a home health provider, I have the privilege of partnering with many assisted living communities, and this community is truly one of the best. The staff is compassionate, professional, and always puts the residents first. They are attentive, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to providing exceptional care.
The teamwork between the assisted living staff and healthcare providers is outstanding, creating a seamless experience that allows residents to receive the highest quality care while maintaining their independence and dignity. Communication is always prompt, and it's clear that every member of the team is committed to the well-being of the residents.
It's refreshing to work alongside a community that treats every resident with kindness, respect, and compassion. I would highly recommend this assisted living facility to families looking for a safe, welcoming environment where their loved ones will be cared for like family.
Great American Assisted Living is a wonderful place that puts residents first. The staff are attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. It's comforting to see how much effort goes into creating a positive atmosphere where residents feel supported and respected. The team works hard every day, and it truly shows.
Recently one of my relatives moved in to this facility. They’ve had a rough time and need some extra help and care. My expectations have been blown out of the water by the staff. Nicole is an expert at communicating with families and helping with transitions. I toured and spoke to many other places- but Great American gave every single green flag imaginable. Good energy in the building including clients and staff. Their activities offered are above and beyond what one would expect- like Tai Chi and Zumba and Yoga. Gardening. Rooms are huge. I’m happy my relative is there to get that extra support because I know they’re in great hands.
I’ve had a great experience with Nicole at Great American. She answered all of my questions and concerns. The facility is well maintained and all the residents look super happy to be there. A great place for a loved one or family member who needs quality care.
We were very blessed to have toured this wonderful facility last week. In fact, we were so impressed by the administrator, Nicole Soto , And all her staff that my husband will be moving into the facility this Coming weekend!
We have viewed a lot of facilities and were delighted that this primary veterans facility would also accept seniors who do not have military backgrounds, but both of our sons retired from the military, and this place is so safe with kind and loving people, both staff and residence that anyone just needs to take a tour and you would be sold. I’m where you want your future home to be.
It was made very clear that kindness respect and understanding of senior citizens was how this facility is run. It truly is like going home. I will update my comments in the future with. I’m sure so much more praise. Also folks read up on how This third Generation of veterans started taking over and changing these facilities into the best of the best —- Five star!!! Truly, a prayer answered.
