Within 3 days my daughter was in the hospital because she fell out of bed. They left her on the cold floor all night. Within 2 weeks she was obtuse because of being over medicated. She couldn't feed herself or walk, had tremers, rapid heart rate and stiffness to the point she couldn't raise her head. She ended up in a homefor skilled nursing care, she is now in a wheel chair and in diapers!! I had taken four huge black garbage bags full of clothes and her quilt for her comfort. They stole EVERYTHING from her. Including her wedding rings, hair brush and hair ties, ew shirts and shorts, pants and pajamas. They only gave me what was equivalent to 1/3 of a bag of clothes and some of them didn't even belong to her. She was there for two weeks, they charged for two months and destroyed her health. Because she stated there were TICKS in her bed. Now she has to be tested for Alpha-gal syndrome because she's has begun throwing up after eating meat so it appears that she's become allergic to meat and dairy.
I had the opportunity to experience and trust Castle Court for the care of a loved one, and I cannot express my gratitude enough for the care, dedication, and warmth offered there. From day one, the staff was professional, kind, and always willing to provide support to both residents and families.
The facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming, making residents feel at home. The constant effort to create a family-like atmosphere, full of respect, care, and activities that promote physical and emotional well-being, is evident.
