My mother, who just passed away, moved into Brookdale Bayshore shortly after she turned 98. She was in Brookdale’s independent living unit for almost 3 years. Amy handled the tour and sales work quite well. Numerous staff treated her with great warmth and care, including in particular Sloba, Jenny and Nancy. The director, Anne, was very responsive and attentive. Our family was most grateful for the respect and dignity with which Brookdale handled my mother’s care. I highly recommend Brookdale to other families.
Brookdale on Bayshore has been amazing for my Dad - its the people that make the difference!!!! We lost our Mom last year and had to move my Dad to Brookdale and Amy Leever was the first one I spoke to about moving my dad there. It has been almost a year now that my dad has been there and Amy has been my go to with anything and everything - she is amazing and always accountable, accessible and provides so much comfort for our family and my dad - hands down - amazing as are the other staff as well, Elizabeth, Adeel, Taylor, Nicole - the list goes one - its the people that make the difference - Thank you Amy!
Awesome staff that seem to really care. Really appreciate them helping host our senior networking event and being so kind & welcoming. Will come back for a full tour & hopefully volunteer!
I moved my mom into Brookdale 4 months ago and it has exceeded our expectations thanks to all the great staff and communit!.
