I have been singing at this facility for many years. I have always loved the residents and the staff, and folks seemed relatively happy for an ALF. Lately however, the building is absolutely thriving and I’ve never been prouder to work with, or recommend this building. I apologize for not remembering the new EDs name, but since he’s come in there has been a marked improvement. Im sure his decision making and experience have been invaluable to that building. I also definitely have to shout out Gail and Katrina. Gail is a true leader, funny and compassionate, and will do anything for her residents. Including get up and sing My Girl for them every time I’m there 😂 Katrina is the activity director, and she too has a gentle soul and is commonly seen comforting the less-verbal residents, and joking around with the fully verbal ones. Great job Best Care!
