I have been truly impressed with Grand Villa. It is located in a beautiful part of Sarasota, and the facility itself is clean and has a cheery feel. The staff really does make you feel like family. Highly recommend!
I recently visited a friend’s mother at Grand Villa. What a delightful surprise — a hidden gem in Sarasota. Amazing to be so close to downtown, with such lush tropical views.
The staff were so professional and gracious showing me around. The units are modern, bright and airy. The residents I met were mostly long-time Sarasotans who seemed very happy to be there. I think my mother would love the downtown energy along with the beautiful setting. Can’t wait to bring her for a visit!
A beautiful community with many great amenities. The sales associate was very helpful with our questions. We had heard so many good things about Grand Villa Sarasota for our mom. Definitely our top choice.
I have been so impressed with the staff and the genuine care they show for both the residents and their families. It's the little things that can make a difference in the lives of seniors. So often, they may be struggling with things they don't share, which is why a simple gesture like holding a door, carrying their groceries, or taking a moment to compliment their outfit can brighten their day.
This is what I see at Grand Villa every day and what makes it such a special community.
I went with my friend to visit her father that move there a couple of weeks ago, I love the activities and the friendly staff, the building looks clean and well kept, I believe this will be a good place for my mother as well. My friend recommended me to speak with Shannon the sales representative that lease the apartment for her family.
