Staff is nice. Make sure you put your loved one's name on EVERTHING they get washed. My mother’s towles are not all the ones I brought her. Her wash clothes and some bras went missing. She has clothes I have never seen before, now.
My mom has multiple sets of bedding, but I don't think they talk to each other, because I have told 2 people she has extra bedding in her cedar chest, but she had her Christmas sheets on for months.(They got washed, they just didn't get changed.)
This is truly the best place for your loved ones. The assisted living and memory care community is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely cares about each resident’s needs. You can feel the compassion and dedication in everything they do. The management team is especially kind, supportive, and always willing to help. It brings great peace of mind knowing your loved one is in such caring hands. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality assisted living and memory care.
I’ve had the opportunity to visit the community myself. I have never seen such a nice and clean place—it’s beautiful both inside and outside. The staff here are truly amazing. The way they care for the residents is just like they would care for their own parents. From keeping everything spotless to making sure residents are well-fed and comfortable, they go above and beyond in every way. Their memory care unit is one of the best I’ve ever seen, providing compassionate and attentive care. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and welcoming home for their loved ones
Yes, they have a state of the art facility with many amenities (Activity/Game room, Art room, Movie room, Spacious apartments, Modern and Clean Kitchen and Dining room, Fitness Studio, Spa and Salon, on site Physical Therapy, and a gorgeous Lobby & Patio, etc.), but what sets this state of the art facility apart from all the rest is the wonderful and well trained staff. They are great communicators and they put their heart in the care they give the residents. They provide well thought out activities to keep the residents active, healthy and entertained. The quality of the food and the Kitchen and serving staff is at the level of a Five Star Restaurant. The skill, love, and patience of the Nursing staff reflects the high standard of training & experience they posses. I have witnessed the improvement in the health and quality of life of my love one, since her arrival at the Palms over a year ago. Thank you to the wonderful staff for your labor of love.
My mother now resides in the memory care part of The Palms Assisted Living and I am thoroughly impressed. The staff are absolutely wonderful - caring, attentive, and genuinely committed to the well-being of the residents. What's more, the facility is brand new, providing a clean, modern, and comfortable environment for memory care. It's clear that every detail has been thought out with the residents' needs in mind.
