I cannot say enough wonderful things about this senior residential assisted living facility. From the moment my mom arrived, it was clear that the staff truly cares about the residents and treats them with patience, dignity, and kindness. The environment feels warm, safe, and welcoming, and the attention to each resident’s comfort and well-being is evident every day.
The caregivers are compassionate, attentive, and respectful, and they go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. It brings great peace of mind knowing that my mom is surrounded by people who genuinely take the time to listen, help, and provide thoughtful care.
I highly recommend this facility to any family looking for a caring, supportive, and dependable assisted living home for their loved one.
We moved Mom into Serenity Living Home Care II newest home on Holly Drive on opening day. This is Stephanie’s second facility in Palm Beach Gardens. We moved Mom out of a large corporate owned memory care facility. The difference is like night and day. Mom was not receiving adequate care at the large facility. We felt like she was just a number out of many other residents and that it was about bottom line vs care. What a difference to come here into a small home-based facility with 24/7 staffing by caring staff! You don’t get this kind of care and personal attention at these larger corporate owned facilities with inadequate staff to resident ratios. All Mom’s care needs are met here by the caring staff. She gets three home cooked meals ( and snacks ) prepared in the home and served at the dining table with her co residents. Everything is brand new and the place is kept IMMACULATE! Families are welcome, it is such a friendly environment. Mom is treated with such dignity and respect by the staff and they fully understand her needs. I love seeing the relationships that develop between staff and residents and the residents themselves. I 100% percent recommend Serenity without reservation and I’m so happy we made the decision to move her.
Serenity Living Home Care II has been a wonderful place for my mom. The home is beautiful and immaculate. The caregivers are skilled and compassionate, and they have a special place in my heart.
Mom and the other residents enjoy activities throughout the week. Many services come right to the home, including medical visits for my mom. All are coordinated, which makes things much easier.
Stephanie, the Director, has been a true professional and a great resource as my mom transitioned from living independently. She is easy to communicate with and genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to make the home safe and comfortable.
I'm very grateful my mom has the opportunity to live at Serenity Living Home Care II.
Beautiful facility, spotlessly clean and so well-decorated. The staff here are incredible! All friendly, knowledgeable, professional and respectful - there is so much attention to detail and genuine thoughtfulness, I truly believe no other establishment compares. I would highly recommend Serenity to anyone looking for the best care for their loved one.
A wonder place to send loved ones to be cared for. The staff and other residents are friendly and respectful. Truly an oasis!
