My father has been here for 3 years so far and we are very happy. The facility is beautiful inside and being right on the river, the views are wonderful. My father has a one bedroom which is perfect for him. The staff are great, kind and compassionate and always helpful.
This was supposed to be a temporary living solution as we were building an in-law suite on our house just for him. He decided he enjoyed living at Grand Villa and decided to stay instead of moving in with us. He is a very social person and they have activities and beautiful areas for everyone to meet, gather and enjoy eachothers company.
Grand Villa of Palm Bay has been a great choice for my family member. Every experience since the beginning has been exceptional, starting with our walk through with Sandy, efficiently signing with Eddie addressing and meeting all of our needs in acclimating to new home feels. Every staff member addresses by name warm and attentively. The food is delicious and the wait staff is so friendly and accommodating. It is also a pleasure to see all of the residents are so happy, which tells a great deal about the place! It is immaculately maintained too! It’s comforting, and I am grateful to know my family member is well taken care of.
I am so very pleased to have had the pleasure to meet Eddie. I never felt pressured to make any decisions. He had answered all my questions. He is such a asset to GrandVilla. I feel so happy that my sister will be living there now.
Eddie from the marketing Rocco and Vinny are fabulous to work with! Peggy the nurse is extremely attentive. Also the place is fabulous and clean and great food and lots of wonderful things. If you're looking to put your mom or dad, this is the place to go. I went all over Brevard County and this is great buck for your Bank also! There's no place like home and this place is probably the closest.
This facility is amazing! I just moved my grandma in a month ago and she loves it. The staff have been so great, friendly, openly communicating with me anytime I reach out. The memory care floor she is on, has great friendly vibes that almost makes you feel like a family. The waterfront view is obviously a plus.
The people I have to praise the most are Eddie at the front, Ms Sharon who my grandma absolutely loves and the memory care director Ashley. Everyone has been wonderful but I have worked closely with them and can’t be happier that my grandma is happy and safe right where she is with such great staff all around.
