Est. $3,150 to $5,300/mo, an estimate from comparable Palm Bay communities, not a quote from Above the Rest Assisted Living Facility. Final pricing depends on care needs and room availability. How we handle prices
Not enough local prices yet: based on 100 observed prices across FL statewide, adjusted for community size (small community (7 to 25 beds)).
Range is the middle half of those prices. Computed Nov 1, 2026.
What the starting rate does not include
Care fees. Assisted living rates are for the room, meals and basic services; help with bathing, dressing or medications is assessed and billed as a care level on top. Above the Rest Assisted Living Facility has not confirmed its care fee tiers; ask for the assessment schedule on your tour.
Community fee. Most communities charge a one-time move-in fee, often one month's rent or more; not confirmed here. Ask whether it is refundable and when.
Increases. Rates typically rise once a year; ask for the last three years of increases and whether care-level changes are re-assessed on a schedule.
