Grand Villa of Ormond Beach is the perfect place for my mother-in-law. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Throughout the process of getting her settled in, we worked with Jean, Toni and Dawn and they were all so kind, compassionate and helpful. Every time we visit, we see how genuinely the staff cares about their residents and families, which gives us great peace of mind. We are very grateful for the excellent care and support she receives and feel it is the best place for her to be.
The staff actually cares here. They have done their best to make things like home for patients. They actually dress and get the patients out of their rooms, to enjoy sunshine and trees, from the large windows in the activity/ dining room.
I had a fantastic experience with Austin who deals with sales, I called up there to speak about new housing for my mom. He was absolutely fabulous with helping guide me into this location for her. When I arrived in person I was thrilled with the look and feel and all the staffs welcoming smilies and energy. If anyone’s looking for a new home for their family members I recommend speaking to Austin he will get the service you deserve!
I recently toured Grand Villa of Ormond Beach with my Aunt Kyle, and the experience was excellent. The facility made a strong impression from the moment we arrived. We met with Austin, who was professional, informative, and incredibly supportive—guiding us through the beautiful grounds and amenities while also being a great help to me as my aunt goes through this transition.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Lisa, the Nursing Director of Assisted Living. Lisa was particularly impressive; she came across as strong, confident, and highly knowledgeable about resident care and the community’s protocols.
Most importantly, my aunt has been doing wonderfully, which brings me a great deal of comfort during this process. Overall, we really liked Grand Villa and the employees we encountered. The staff’s expertise, compassion, and welcoming demeanor make it a top contender for my aunt’s care.
GRAND VILLA of Ormond Beach is a community that CARES about the residents and about the staff! I have personally spoken to many family members that have lived in this awesome community and they rave about the CARE and the ACTIVITIES and how awesome the staff is to them. When you take a tour at the community, you will meet with friends- not sales. This is exactly how personable and kind Austin and Jean are!! And let's not forget the Executive Director, Linda Who sets the standards to make this community above all of the communities in ORMOND Beach? And sets the tone for the excellence and kindness at this community! Nora Sewell
