Est. $3,750 to $5,750/mo, an estimate from comparable New Smyrna Beach communities, not a quote from Alba Court Residences. Final pricing depends on care needs and room availability. How we handle prices
Care fees. Memory care is usually priced as a higher base rate or a care tier on top of assisted living; ask which applies here. Alba Court Residences has not confirmed its care fee tiers; ask for the assessment schedule on your tour.
Community fee. Most communities charge a one-time move-in fee, often one month's rent or more; not confirmed here. Ask whether it is refundable and when.
Increases. Rates typically rise once a year; ask for the last three years of increases and whether care-level changes are re-assessed on a schedule.
