Toniann Alter★★★★★3 months agoMom just moved in a week ago and is already making connections. Julia, Judy and all the staff were wonderful to work with. Mom got to pick the unit she wanted which made her feel more in control of her life.
Edward Larsen★★★★★2 months agoThe Terracina Grand has been a life saver for my mother. At the sweet age of 92, Mom needed to make a transition out of her own home to a senior living community. Thankfully, we were able to meet with Ms. Julia Black at the Terracina Grand in Naples on short notice. Julia and the Terracina Grand have a been a blessing. Mom's new apartment, the dining, and social activities are excellent. Most importantly the care and consideration shown my mother by the staff (including the Director himself) are unequalled in quality and scope. I unequivocally recommend the Terracina Grand and believe it to be the finest senior living community in Southwest Florida!
Raymond Apy★★★★★2 months agoTerracina Grand provided the perfect environment for my 86-year-old mother to receive excellent, loving care and support during her recovery and rehabilitation from a bad fall. She spent just over two months there and the entire staff administration all got to know her by name on the first day and were absolutely excellent! On top of that, the facility itself is beautiful, spacious and clean, and the food is very good! I highly recommend Terracina Grand!!
Marcia Richardson★★★★★8 months agoI was a guest of a resident. The place was very appealing. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed a jazz concert then we ate lunch. The dining room was very nice. It was very clean. The food was basic, but it was good and seemed healthy. I had a mustard dill fish with a side of rice and zucchini as vegetable.
Janice Christopher★★★★★3 months agoEarly Sunday morning, I visited one of my friends living at Terracina Grand. Upon entering, I checked in and received my pass to enter the facility from an automatic photo identification system…the system read my body temperature and my face making sure I did not have a fever endangering g my friend or anyone else I might encounter during my visit, and it recognized me from my previous registration and visit.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and offered me assistance. The entryway and halls leading to my friend were very clean, inviting and very attractive.
I had a great visit w/ my friend. Upon leaving, I checked out in the same way I entered. This system provides the organization w/ ingurmation and additional numbers of guests who might be visiting in case of an emergency and the need for immediate evacuation. I have been to visit other friends, at other similar institutions…Terracina Grand is decorated well, is up to date and not worn; the Check-in system protects residents, employees and guests who visit…many other establishments do not provide a check-in system and are very worn and run down in their overall appearance but still charge their residents a hefty monthly fee similar to the fees charged at Terracina Grand. I feel comfortable that my friend is living in a nice, clean place where she is protected and well attended when she needs it. Thank you!
