Every time I walk through the doors of Arden Courts Lely Palms, I’m greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The staff is always so welcoming, and it’s evident they truly care about each resident. They are patient, compassionate, and treat everyone with dignity and respect.
The community itself is always exceptionally clean, peaceful, and has such a warm, home-like atmosphere. It’s a place where you can truly feel the heart behind the care.
Having been a caregiver for my own father, I know how important it is to find a community you can trust. If my parents were still alive and needed memory care, Arden Courts Lely Palms would absolutely be a place I would highly consider.

Arden Courts has a dynamite team of people that are compassionate and considerate for the needs of the people they serve. The staff and liaisons value the people and families. I’ve worked closely with the liaison staff and have seen the thorough assessments, questions, and conversations the team has held with the individuals that show their detailed care plans. The facility offers memory care unit, and staff have plenty of resources and knowledge to work with this population. The team members truly care for the well being of the residents that call Arden Courts home.
Arden Courts of Lely Palms is a warm and welcoming care center with a dedicated and friendly staff. I am particularly grateful for the nursing and recreation staff who provide genuine care and fun activities to keep my husband active and engaged. I know my husband is well cared for and is in good hands at Arden Courts. They have become extended family to us during this difficult time and I highly recommend this facility for anyone considering memory care for a loved one.
This place is absolutely horrifying. The treatment to the residents was absolutely horrible. My mom passed earlier than she may have because of this place. I offered numerous times to shower my mother and they told me no it’s our job. Well when I walked in when they were giving her a shower they were water boarding my mom. They should be ashamed. When my sister and I came to look at this place for our mother they lied to us. They told us we don’t have medical technicians to hand out medications we have nurses. They also told us that there was 1 nurse to 7-8 patients .
There was one nurse for the entire facility which had 36-37 patients.
I also personally was assisting other patients when visiting my mom find their rooms or getting them assistance from employees. Remember it’s a memory care facility the residents some in wheelchairs are not able to help themselves with daily needs. Be vigilant when looking for a place for a loved one .The reviews when we read seemed highly recommended but I promise it’s absolutely not. I pray for all with this horrible disease these patients deserve the best not to be treated this way.
We moved my mother-in-law from California to Arden Courts of Lely Palms, and it has been the best decision we have made. Not because she is closer, but because of the quality of care that she has been now receiving. The facility is always clean, decorated nicely and doesn’t have that smell of elderly living. My mother gets exceptional care. The staff are friendly and very kind from the moment you walk through their doors! We would highly recommend this facility for elderly loved one suffering from memory loss.
