ivette leblanc★★★★★2 years agoFor me having my dear mother at Cruz Family Home Alf has been a blessing! I recommend this place 100% I have the experience of another Alf before and due to negligence they put my mother’s life in danger.
Cruz Family Home, is clean, spacious, modern and everything is renovated and new inside. The owners Roberto and Yoana are excellent people, with a big heart and a great knowledge and experience in everything related to caring for elderly people. The staff that works there is excellent too, they do their work with love and passion and make our love ones and family members feel good. Again, I recommend this place 100%!
D C★★★★★2 years agoCruz Family Home is well-maintained and adequately staffed. My mother has Alzheimer’s and she’s been receiving excellent care there for the past year. We are very pleased with the services provided. The staff consistently demonstrates kindness and compassion in their interactions with my mother. I highly recommend Cruz Family Home.
NELSON ALMAGUER★★★★★2 years agoI was fortunate to find Cruz Family Home for my 93 year old Mom. It was a difficult decision at first but definitely the right decision. My Mom is not alone and her needs are properly addressed every day. The facility is renovated and well maintained always clean and pleasant. The owners and staff are very personable, caring and professional. I am very grateful to Cruz Family Home taking care of Mom.
RICHARD VICENT★★★★★3 years agoCruz Family Home is a brand new, wonderful, beautiful, loving assisted living facility for your family members! Amazing professional staff led by their very caring administrator, Yoana Llanes, and her husband Roberto Cruz, a registered nurse for over 10 years. Very clean, courteous staff, and still a bit empty, so don't miss the opportunity to contact this facility and save a spot for your family.
They provide me with a profound peace of mind to know that my grandmother is safe, cared for, looked after, and loved. It is a perfect place to have your loved one taken care of. The atmosphere feels like a big family.
I'll definitely recommend CruzFamilyHome to family and friends.
Manuel Rosales★★★★★2 years agoMy loved one is a resident here and I have been totally satisfied and grateful with the compassionate care that she receives. The communication is excellent, and this especially a relief as we live so far away. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility for your loved ones.
