Est. $3,150 to $5,300/mo, an estimate from comparable Melbourne communities, not a quote from Florida Shores of Melbourne 1 ALF. Final pricing depends on care needs and room availability. How we handle prices
Care fees. Assisted living rates are for the room, meals and basic services; help with bathing, dressing or medications is assessed and billed as a care level on top. Florida Shores of Melbourne 1 ALF has not confirmed its care fee tiers; ask for the assessment schedule on your tour.
Community fee. Most communities charge a one-time move-in fee, often one month's rent or more; not confirmed here. Ask whether it is refundable and when.
Increases. Rates typically rise once a year; ask for the last three years of increases and whether care-level changes are re-assessed on a schedule.
