My mom was a resident at the Reserve at Citrus for the last 18 months of her life. We chose this residence because it was a family-like environment and the facility was easy to navigate for my mom. Everything is on one floor and easy to find. I have been volunteering as a Zumba instructor for the past 4 years. The facility has gone through many changes but I think the changes in the leadership of the facility have been very positive. The staff has been consistent at the facility for years and they are very special people. The activity director, food service director and the and memory ward director could not be more loving and caring. The aides, nurses and staff are wonderful. The leadership team has made the facility much more customer centric than in the past. This phase of life can be a big challenge for residents and if I had to choose a place for my mom again, I would not hesitate to choose the Reserve at Citrus.
The Reserve at Citrus Hill is a blessing! The staff is incredible, friendly and always helpful to my Mom who is 94. She needs a lot of love and she gets it there. I wouldn't bring my mother anywhere else! I highly recommend this facility.

I like the activities at Reserve of Citrus. The location and room space is helpful to my Mother. The staff is very welcoming and she is enjoying daily living. Thank you to the staff and residents making my Mom and our family's life so rewarding. ❤️
My mother loved living at The Reserve and really thrived there. All the staff were so kind and compassionate. Administrative staff were very helpful and professional. Our family had absolutely no concerns for my mother's care while was there.
We were totally satisfied with the care, our family member received at the Reserve. Because of it’s convenient location, our family members were able to visit every day. We spent a lot of time in the facility during all parts of the day. We saw for ourselves that he received kind and professional attention. The building was well maintained with private rooms and tastefully decorated common areas. Residents could sit outside as well as in screened porches. Activities were held not only in the day as with most care facilities, but also after dinner. Meals are served with a menu, restaurant style, and we were always welcomed to join the meal for free. Medical care was arranged, and there’s even a salon for haircuts. If we had to do it again, we would choose the Reserve
