How we got this estimateLow confidence · how we estimate
Not enough local prices yet: based on 100 observed prices across FL statewide, adjusted for community size (small community (7 to 25 beds)).
Range is the middle half of those prices. Computed Nov 1, 2026. The community has not published or confirmed a rate; request pricing and we will relay the real quote within a day.
Final pricing varies by care needs and room availability. “Verified” means confirmed with the community on the date shown; “published” means listed by the community; “estimate” is derived from comparable Jennings observations and is not a quote.

Margaret Frank★★★★★3 years agoAs a mom of a wonderful son with schizophrenia, who has lived in a few different ALF's, I hold Carolyn Clanton in highest esteem! Care is second to none. My son has made wonderful progress thanks to the caring and nurturing of this facility. Can't praise them enough...and a most thankful shout goes to Ms. Kay❤
Heidi Anderson★★★★★3 years agoThe place is infested with ned bugs. Food is horrible. Owner is crazy filing false reports. Have had many reports filed against them. Staff lies, give wrong medications. Stay away from this place. Should be closed. Not handicapped accessible. Needs lots of repairs in house. Rude staff,
Wifi is horrible, keeps disconnecting. Try to control residents. Medications are not given timely, they don't keep track of each medication given and the time. Night staff sleeps during work hours. Only one person status up at night. A 18 year old male. Don't send your loved one to this place.
