The staff takes genuinely good care of him — he's treated with kindness, patience, and respect every single day. A special mention goes to Alina, who is wonderful with him. We've been there when they have live music and dancing for the residents, which tells you a lot about the atmosphere they create. They even let us bring our grand dog Luca to visit, which meant the world to Dad. The place is always being cleaned whenever we visit, and the team keeps the family informed and makes us feel welcome. Knowing Dad is in good hands gives our whole family peace of mind. I highly recommend Trinity Gardens to any family looking for a caring home for their loved one."
