We recently had the opportunity to visit American House The Palms and were extremely impressed with the community, staff, and overall atmosphere.
Tami, Jacob, and the entire team were welcoming, informative, and clearly dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for residents and their families. During our visit, several residents spoke highly of both the care they receive and the quality of the dining program, which was wonderful to hear firsthand.
What stood out most to us was the longevity of both the staff and the residents. That level of retention is a strong reflection of the relationships, consistency, and sense of community that have been built over time. It is evident that American House The Palms has created an environment where people feel valued, supported, and at home.
We appreciate the opportunity to learn more about the community and would highly recommend it to families exploring senior living options.
I just want to say I love this place. It’s pleasant. Plenty of activities for the residents they even have happy hour. Sales representatives did an outstanding job showing the facility. This place has so much to offer and I wouldn’t want my grandmother to be anywhere else than here. There has been hurricanes and all staff has always made her feel safe through it all. Even with emergencies there is an over night security to watch over the building and call me if need be. Thank you so much 😊 for making my family worry free. I would definitely recommend this location
I recently toured American House The Palms and had a very positive experience. One of the first things I noticed was the warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the community. The staff members I met were friendly, engaging, and took the time to answer my questions.
What stood out to me most was the longevity of the team. It's clear that many employees have chosen to build their careers at this community, which left me with the impression of a positive culture and a place where people enjoy what they do.
Another thing I noticed was how active and engaged the residents seemed to be. Throughout my visit, there was a wonderful sense of energy, with residents enjoying activities, interacting with one another, and creating an atmosphere that felt vibrant and full of life.
The apartments are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and provide residents with plenty of room to make the space feel like home.

I have been here almost 1 year. I love it here. Very friendly, attentive, always something to do. Wonderful Staff, Always ready to help you and treat you with respect. Food is good 👍, I feel secure here. I will give America House 5 Star. rating. If your looking for a place that makes you feel welcome, I say you just found it.🥰💯💙
We had a wonderful experience touring the facility, and we truly appreciate the time and care that was given to us throughout the visit. Diana who showed us around was knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about the community. She took the time to answer all of our questions, highlight the services and amenities, and make us feel comfortable and confident about the possibility of placing our family member there.
