Belmont Village Senior Living is a phenomenal and amazing place to live. I am so happy to be living at this community. The sales team has done an exceptional job helping my friends move into Belmont they made it a wonderful experience. As a resident I have relied on the sales team to show my friends what life is like at this community.
**DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.** The pictures look beautiful, but they're VERY deceiving. The nursing staff were unaccomodating and seemed quite inconvenienced to be called for my Aunt. She was brought to the hospital with bruises and lacerations all over her arms and legs. (The hospital took pictures.) No one was ever available to take her in the pool when we visited - even though we always called ahead to let them know we were coming and wanted to do the pool with her. Her hair was SO greasy one day that it looked wet. You would think for as much as they charge that the food would be 5-Star, but it's not even close - it was TERRIBLE. I can't recommend against this facility enough!
After looking at other communities in the area I felt Belmont Village was the absolute best choice for me. When I walked into Belmont the first time I felt very comfortable and very much at home. When I toured other communities nobody smiled and it was very cold but when I toured Belmont the staff and residents smiled and made feel Very welcome.
My Mom has been living at Belmont in memory care (“the neighborhood”) for about four months. I’m her primary caregiver and I’m at the facility almost every day, so I’ve really gotten a good feel for how they operate.
This is an excellent facility! The staff work so hard to care for my Mom. Mom is a difficult and demanding patient, but the CNAs keep their cool and provide her with such outstanding care. Belmont has high quality activities for the residents. Mom enjoys the water coloring and the trivia sessions. I’m so impressed with how the enrichment leaders really work to get and keep residents involved in the activities.
The building is beautiful. It look like a Ritz-Carlton inside. It is impeccably maintained. The main dining room, a coffee shop, the library, and a large quiet sitting room are located on the top floor. Each of these areas have expansive views of the ocean.
Food quality is an important consideration for me and my Mom. I’ve had many excellent meals in the main dining room. We enjoy sandwiches and pastries in the coffee shop as well.
I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m so grateful for the outstanding care Mom receives.
Belmont Village is the gold standard. The staff is friendly and attentive, the facility is immaculate and beautiful, and the view is priceless It is truly a community. In every activity and event, you feel the positive connection among residents and staff. People are engaged and enjoying themselves. I cannot say enough good things about Belmont Village!
