If you've ever had to make the heartbreaking decision to place a parent in memory care, then you know the fear, guilt, and overwhelming emotions that come with it. Finding the right place for someone you love feels impossible.
From the very beginning, Kelly was nothing short of incredible. She walked us through every step of the process with compassion, patience, and kindness. She answered every question, calmed our fears, and supported our family in ways that went far beyond what her job required. We never felt like we were just another family we felt like we truly mattered.
As for the caregivers and staff, they have been nothing short of amazing. They treat my mother with the same love, dignity, and respect that they would give their own family. Knowing she is safe, cared for, and surrounded by people who genuinely care has given our family a level of peace we never thought possible.
No memory care facility can take away the pain of watching someone you love struggle with dementia, but Gold Choice Senior Communities has made this difficult journey so much easier. They have become an extension of our family, and for that, we will always be grateful.

In a place where families are often dealing with difficult emotions and concerns, having someone like Mona there makes a real difference. Her kindness, welcoming attitude, and genuine care create a much warmer environment from the moment you walk through the door.
I also want to recognize the other staff members who work hard every day to care for the residents. It’s comforting to know that there are people who bring patience, compassion, and positivity into the facility. Thank you, Mona, and the team, for everything you do and for making it a better place for the residents and their families.
