Just to name a few outstanding CNAs—Sympathy Miller, Joye Campbell, Jasmine Boynton, and Ashley Clements—consistently go above and beyond. They are kind, professional, and attentive, often recognizing what residents need before they even have to ask. They know each resident's likes, dislikes, routines, and preferences, allowing them to provide personalized, compassionate care. No task is ever too big, and they willingly take on extra responsibilities without complaint because they genuinely care about the residents they serve.
The SNF CNA team is truly one of a kind. Their teamwork, dedication, and commitment create an environment where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for.
The Director of Nursing, Ms. Crystal, leads by example. She is deeply committed to her residents and her staff. Nothing goes unseen or unheard under her leadership. She takes the time to investigate concerns, ensure residents receive the best possible care, and always advocates for what's right. Her compassion, kindness, and genuine concern for others inspire everyone around her.
The SNF at The Oaks of Clearwater is more than just a team—it's a family. From the moment you step onto the unit, you can feel the kindness, respect, and compassion that define the culture. The residents are at the heart of everything they do, and it shows in every interaction.

Our family will always be grateful for The Oaks of Clearwater. Although our loved one has recently passed, the time she spent there made an incredible difference in her final months.
The facility is beautiful, with gorgeous views, but it was the people who made it truly exceptional. Every staff member treated her with kindness, compassion, and genuine love. They went above and beyond to make every resident feel special and part of a true community.
The activities were thoughtful, engaging, and full of joy. They gave her opportunities to laugh, socialize, and enjoy life again, bringing a sense of youthfulness and purpose to her final months. Knowing she spent her last chapter surrounded by caring people who celebrated her each day brings our family tremendous comfort.
