Lauren S★★★★★3 months agoThis is truly a unique place that is very different from a typical LTC facility. There is no institutional feel and instead, it is a home with a warm and welcoming vibe. The owner of the facility is an RN with vast experience. Her care taker and clinical knowledge is matched by her compassion and empathy toward the residents and their families. It is never easy to make a decision to move a loved one from their home. We feel so fortunate to have found Golden Swan.
Lisa Bernhardt★★★★★3 months agoGolden Swan isn’t just a care facility, it’s a home. Katya and her staff take care of your family members like they are their own. Couldn't have gotten through such a difficult time without her.
Stephen Kuperberg★★★★★7 months agoFinding high quality care for the aging can be challenging. This facility is stellar all-around with respect to their dedication, kindness and care for our loved one. The staff and leadership are routinely responsive and compassionate. Highly recommend.
Irwin Kuperberg★★★★★a year agoMy family has been very satisfied by our mother's care at Golden Swan. I was at first skeptical about small private facilities but Golden Swan actually has turned out to be the ideal setting for mom. The staff is warm and attentive to her needs and Katya Vuscan, the owner, maintains close and regular communications with us on all aspects of mom's care and socialization. This has been especially helpful to me since I live out of state.
Golden Swan has earned my strong recommendation.
