No observed prices in this area yet: based on a published statewide median (Genworth Cost of Care Survey (statewide median, assisted living, private one-bedroom), 2023), adjusted for community size (large community (76+ beds)).

Final pricing varies by care needs and room availability. “Verified” means confirmed with the community on the date shown; “published” means listed by the community; “estimate” is derived from comparable Parker observations and is not a quote.

Rex★★★★★7 months agoI’ve had the opportunity to tour Terra Bluffs and spend time with their team, and it’s been a consistently positive experience.
One thing that really stands out is how genuinely welcoming everyone is. That level of warmth is not always consistent across communities, but here it feels natural and part of the culture. From leadership to staff, people are engaged, approachable, and clearly care about the residents.
Samantha (Executive Director) and Diana (Director of Sales and Marketing) were both especially welcoming and easy to connect with. They’re professional, engaged, and clearly invested in creating a strong environment for both residents and families.
The community itself is very well kept and has a warm, inviting feel. It truly feels more like a home than a facility. I’ve also attended several events they’ve hosted, and they do a great job. The food has been excellent, and the overall experience is always thoughtfully put together.
As a local home care provider, I also appreciate how much they seem to value communication, collaboration, and continuity of care. Those things matter, and it’s clear they take them seriously.
Overall, Terra Bluffs is a place I would feel confident recommending to families looking for a supportive and well-run community.
Mia DeMarco★★★★★6 months agoTerra Bluffs is a standout when it comes to senior living. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how warm and welcoming everyone is, from the front desk to the kitchen crew to the caregivers and staff. The building is beautiful but even more so, there’s a genuine sense of care and attention that truly stands out.
Special shoutout to Diana and Sam for their attention to detail, their innovative and creative minds help keep residents involved and in healthy routines. This duo, alongside Kaylyn and Aria, helps set residents up for success.
It’s clear this is a place where residents are not only cared for, but truly valued and supported every day.
