Moving my mom to Brookdale Highlands Ranch was a big decision for our family, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she has received. The staff have been incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming from day one. They genuinely care about the residents and treat my mom with warmth, dignity, and respect.
It’s been wonderful to see her become involved in activities, make new friends, and feel part of a community. Every time I visit, she seems happy and well cared for, which gives me tremendous peace of mind. The community is clean, comfortable, and has a positive atmosphere that makes it feel like home.
I’m grateful to the entire team for everything they do for my mom and for the support they provide to our family. I would highly recommend Brookdale Highlands Ranch to anyone looking.
My Elderly Mother resides here since Febuary 2025. The Executive Director Sue Crawlford has been highly responsive and cares for others. My Mother has had Dementia since 2016 and has had a turbulent journey. Sue has worked with us in order to keep moving my Mother forward despite her increasing care needs. I so appreciated the kind Hospice discussion we had with Bloom healthcare and the Brookdale staff. This isnt the best of times in life for my family, but Brookdale Highlands Ranch has been our sanctuary.
Our loved one was treated with care and respect. The staff were genuinely concerned about his welfare and comfort. Our family felt cared for as well as we navigated a challenging season.
Brookdale Highlands Ranch and their staff have been outstanding. The relationship we have built as a hospice partner has allowed us to closely work together with their team. They show their care for their residents and attention to their needs in what they do every day. Seeing the investment they place in ensuring their residents and families have the very best experience is what they strive for in not only the care they provide, but the staff they hire. It’s one thing to have a beautiful community, which Brookdale Highlands Ranch is, but it’s gold to have the right people doing the amazing work in serving our seniors in the community!
