David Mathias★★★★★7 months agoOur dad has lived at Rosemark for 3 years and loves it. We love the care he receives and proximity to our homes - it is easy to see him. If you are looking for a quiet, kind and caring home for your loved ones, I can't think of a better place.
Annie Bielecki★★★★★6 months agoMy dad has been a resident here for 3 years and just recently moved into the Memory Care side. We were worried that this would be a rough transition for all of us, but the staff at Rosemark made the move incredibly smooth. Rosemark has a perfect blend of laid-back hands-off independence and respect for the residents, paired with diligent and loving care when it is needed. It is such a relief to know that my dad is in good hands at this friendly and relaxed facility! I have had the great pleasure of getting to know many of the staff (shout out Demetrius and Chantel!) and I myself feel so comfortable and welcomed there, in addition to knowing my dad is a part of the Rosemark family.
K B★★★★★12 months agoEarlier this year we were looking for an assisted living facility for my husband. Rosemark at Mayfair Park was one of our top choices. It is a place that has many great amenities, scale of facility, staff, great atmosphere & medical team. The music therapy program is amazing for involving many, many residents. To see the joy & fun by them was very heartwarming. A standout individual is Haley Silva, Sales Advisor. She was a huge source of information & support as we researched various places. She went out of her way to accommodate & coordinate many follow up visits (some on very short notice), checked in on outcomes, was very open & transparent in providing access & information. What we noticed is how engaged she was with the residents. She knew them by name with a level of personalized connections. This is not the case with many other places we visited. Ultimately, we had to select another facility due some specialized needs but I highly recommend giving Rosemark a look & meet Haley! She's great.
Philip Borgeson★★★★★a year agoMy husband has been a resident in Monarch House, the Memory Care Unit of Rosemark for over a year. We chose the facility long before the specific need for Alzheimer’s care was necessary. The safe, personalized care and closeness to our home was important to us. The daily activities, social interaction and personal connection with the staff is reassuring. The availability of the 2 courtyards, blooming flowers and greenery are a plus in creating a stimulating environment for residents, families and staff. The monthly Family Council Meeting are one of the many ways that the families can express concerns and give compliments to the entire management staff and for specific concern there is always an open line of communication. As with any personal care facility there can and are concern that occur but they are addressed promptly and professional.
Kate Hakala★★★★★6 months agoRosemark has some strong points as it is a clean and nicely appointed facility. Unfortunately, my mother had some unpleasant experiences there and she moved to another facility where she is much happier because the staff is so much kinder and the food is exponentially better. Many of the employees at Rosemark seemed adversarial, and while the administration aspires to have a well-run facility, they really don’t follow what is happening with the residents and need to work on the culture there. The food got worse during the 11 months my mother was there, and only a few of the staff seemed to care about her well being.
