Robin Schlachman★★★★★2 months agoI’m writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to the staff and management at Balfour Central Park.
My father was all set to move into this wonderful community. We had toured many communities, but Balfour Central Park was the one he loved—and the one our family felt was the perfect fit for him.
Unfortunately, on the very day he was scheduled to be admitted, he experienced a medical emergency and was no longer able to move in. While this was an incredibly difficult and unexpected situation for our family, the staff at Balfour Central Park handled everything with the utmost professionalism, compassion, and understanding.
From the management team to the staff, everyone was kind, caring, patient, and respectful. They went above and beyond to make an extremely difficult situation a little easier for our family.
Although my father was ultimately unable to become a resident, I will always be grateful for the way Balfour Central Park treated him and our family. It speaks volumes about the character of an organization when its compassion extends beyond its residents and their families.
Thank you to everyone at Balfour Central Park for your kindness and support during such a challenging time. We are truly grateful.
Mark Nenninger★★★★★8 months agoWhen my Dad fell skiing on Christmas 2024 I had been doing some research on some places that had both assisted living and memory care since it looked like he would eventualy need it. The fall excelerated everything and I needed a place for my Mom and Dad in a hurry. Tom and the staff at Belfour Central Park were so helpful and amazing durring a really tough time. They were also amazing when it came time for my parents to find other living situattions as well. I cant say enough good things about the Belfour Central Park, Thank you, Tom!
Jeptha Evans★★★★★9 months agoTruly caring people who know how to care for their residents. My mother has been at Balfour for over two years and they have adjusted her care as she has changed and lost her own capacities. I trust them, which is not an easy thing in this arena.

I can’t say enough good things about Balfour at Central Park. From the moment you step inside, the stunningly beautiful facility takes your breath away—elegant common areas, and spotless, thoughtfully designed spaces that truly feel like home with elegance.
The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting you with warm smiles and going above and beyond to make everyone feel cared for. The residents truly are happy and enjoy being there. A special shoutout to Chef Sang and Chef Ty along with the entire culinary team—the meals are restaurant-quality, beautifully presented, and tailored to individual preferences. Every dish feels like it was made with love and pride!
What truly sets this place apart is the wonderful community of residents. They’re vibrant, engaging, and full of life, creating a joyful atmosphere. Highly recommend!
