Springs Ranch is THE BEST! My mother-in-law was in Springs Ranch for six weeks before passing the other day. We showed up at all hours unannounced, particularly in the last couple weeks, and found the staff to be consistently engaged, loving, respectful, and caring. The facility is very clean, and they have lots of activities throughout the day to keep our loved ones engaged.
In the past week before she passed, at least one of us was there at all times on vigil. I can confidently say that every employee at Springs Ranch treated Sally B. (mom) with love that truly demonstrates a calling for caring and ministering to those who are in "heaven's waiting room." I can't thank the staff enough for loving mom through her Alzheimer's struggle. From the moment we moved her in until the funeral home rolled her body out (with the staff lining the hallway and playing "Amazing Grace" to see her off), this has been a top-notch experience. Our family has the highest recommendation for Springs Ranch. You are the BEST, and may the Lord continue to give you the strength, grace, and joy in serving our community!
By far the best place i could have had my mother reside in. Her Dementia seemed fairly mild, but there were still moments of confusion that were addressed and taken care of. They were always on top of making sure food and fluids were available. They also made sure to try and match her with other residents to help her be more social and give her plenty of opportunitiesto be outside her room and even encouraged it, though never pressed if ahe wasnt feelinglike being too social. Billing is easy and they make sure to break down all charges to the rent, be it supplied Depends, extra pads, more one on one care for certain needs. The Staff is incredible and ALWAYS attentive to the resident and their family. When my mother passed from the Dementia, the Staff were so very respectful of her even in passing. Providing their time to listen and be there if I needed the support. I HIGHLY recommend this Facility that felt more like a home.
The care my Dad received while in the facility was fine but I am deeply saddened that the day after he died I get a call that they have someone that could move into his and room and would credit money back to me. It's not about the money, and I think that was highly insensitive. I said I would be in on Saturday to get his stuff, the person stated she could help pack up his things. I said fine. I go on Saturday and there is someone already moved into his room. I never gave permission to remove his items from the room as I wanted to make sure everything was removed. I ask where his stuff is and no one knows. They called the manager who never showed up, and I was there for an hour. Come to find out they put his stuff in another room, in which his cell phone is missing. This was so poorly handled and incredibly disappointing because at one point I told people that this was great facility.
I just wanted to thank everybody at Springs Ranch. Their kindness, hard work and dedication are greatly appreciated.
Debra, the Director of Community Relations is just sensational. My mother’s room couldn’t have been put together so well without the introduction to her, from my sister.
Debra sent over pictures and videos of my mother’s room to help facilitate the decorating details and protocol prior to her arrival.
Everybody was so supportive while I was decorating my mothers room. They were so helpful from the moment I got there. In fact, I’m sure they could sense how nervous I was about leaving my mother. However, it was a tremendous relief to see my mother Happy for the first time in months. Even my mother in her compromised state could tell that she was in good hands. I haven’t seen her laugh and be happy at an extended care place since dementia overcame her.
I can’t thank you all enough or let you know how pleased I am that my mom is in good hands. A big thank you to the amazing CNA Rachel, who
graciously introduced me to her supportive team at Springs Ranch!
I look forward to seeing my mother and all of you on the next visit.

The staff at Springs Ranch is phenomenal. They are compassionate, caring, and unwaveringly professional. They have been so helpful in helping my dad transfer here from out of state.
