Aleks Dolgin★★★★★6 months agoI had a very positive experience at Medallion Post Acute Rehabilitation Clinic. The facility is well-organized and operates efficiently, which creates a structured and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
The management team is approachable, responsive, and clearly invested in maintaining quality care and smooth operations. They foster a collaborative atmosphere and are supportive of staff development, which is noticeable in the overall workflow and morale.
The nursing staff is especially commendable. The nurses demonstrate strong clinical competence, attention to detail, and excellent patient-centered care. They communicate effectively, prioritize appropriately, and work well as a team in what can often be a fast-paced setting. Their compassion and professionalism truly stand out.
Support staff and interdisciplinary team members also contribute positively, helping ensure continuity of care and patient safety.
Overall, this is a facility with dedicated leadership and a hardworking clinical team that strives to provide quality care. It’s a solid environment for both patient recovery and professional growth.
Andy Rizo★★★★★6 months agoLoved this facility. From the nurses to the therapy staff to the dietary staff you can truly tell they care for your loved one. I was always welcomed with a smile. You can tell they go the extra mile for their residents.
Aspen Desiree★★★★★a year agoThe Medallion is a great facility with a friendly and caring atmosphere. The staff are amazing, always helpful, and treat everyone with kindness. You can tell they really care about the people here.
Katie Vigliotti★★★★★2 years agoMy family member stayed at Medallion and she loved it. The therapy staff were amazing, and got her back to independence. The nursing staff care and go out of their way to care for my mom. She’s excited to move into their independent living apartments next week. 10/10 recommend Medallion.
Mac Fletcher★★★★★a year agoThis review addresses just its business office. Apparently there was an audit and one result was that my mother was overcharged and, since she has passed, I am due a refund.
I have tried to contact the business office to get further information. However, they never answer the phone and never return the voicemails I have left.
What does it take to contact them?
Update on 7-10-25:
I was finally able to get through on 2 occasions (once in April and another in early June). But, despite their promises to mail the $1,700 check “immediately”, they have not. Also, found out that a check for the refund was initially sent to a person/office in San Diego. We know no one in San Diego. What are they doing? Who is in San Diego.? Why are they lying? Got to wonder what kind of operation they are running!
