I visited this facility yesterday to meet the care team. I was very Impressed with the care coordination team, I also was impressed with the building itself!
I overheard a family member in the dining area state they were so happy with the Customer Service there. Well done!
Had a tour here the other day with my mom. The staff are very lovely, and really sweet to all the residents. Jasmine showed us around and was very professional and friendly. The building is very nice and looked newly renovated. Overall a wonderful a facility. Thanks Jasmine!
My family was looking for a welcoming and stable community for our grandpa to live. We couldn’t be happier with the location and staffing! Working with Jasmine really sealed the deal for us and it’s comforting knowing our loved one is cared for!
After the tour, including a scrumptious meal, and enjoyable discussions with the staff and residents, we are seriously considering The Ivy in our futures plans. The facility is clean and comfy, and residents we met say the amenities and activities keep them involved. We look forward to working with The Ivy management to explore plans to meet our needs.
After visiting The Ivy with my mother, I can see why she came away so impressed. From the warm welcome by staff to the engaging conversations with residents, the entire experience felt inviting and genuine. The community is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and full of life. It was encouraging to hear firsthand how much the residents enjoy the activities, dining, and sense of community. The delicious meal and attentive hospitality made the visit even more memorable. We appreciate the time the team spent with us and look forward to continuing conversations with The Ivy as we plan for the future
