Erika Taga★★★★★9 months agoWe recently moved my mom into this wonderful senior community after she was widowed last year and needing to downsize from her longtime home. From day one, the experience has exceeded our expectations. Her 1-bedroom apartment has everything she needs, including a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer, making it truly feel like home rather than just a place to live.
The community itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. There’s a great restaurant on site and so many engaging classes, activities, and opportunities to stay social and active—something that has meant the world to our family.
Just a few days after moving in, my mom told us she hasn’t been this happy in a long time, and that alone speaks volumes. We are so grateful to have found a place that gives her comfort, independence, connection, and joy. Highly recommend!

They create a welcoming warm environment and provide exceptional service. My brother's and I made the right decision to move our parents into the Assisted and Independent Living apartments. Not only is their new apartment beautiful, the staff treats them like royalty. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a community where the people truly make a difference to visit this beautiful place.
Bhakti White★★★★★6 months agoWe helped my mom into Cogir as one of the very first residents to move into this new facility. The staff is warm and caring and more communicative than most places. As senior living goes this is top of the line.
Our recent experiences have me compelled to update this review and take a star away. I’m waiting to see how this evolves to see if we will remove more. After my mom moved in I had a wonderful team of support at this facility. However, a few weeks later, two of those people suddenly, and without explanation, simply disappeared. I’m left with only one person‘s contact information at the whole facility. Recently, my mom had to have some oral surgery and medications. And the level of communication around the documentation, doctors orders, prescription fulfillment, has been egregious.

Even without visiting in person yet, they have taken the time to answer questions, provide information, and make us feel comfortable and supported in this process.
The facility looks absolutely beautiful, warm, and welcoming, and you can truly sense the strong feeling of community. The people I’ve spoken with have been kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. The team does an incredible job helping families transition into this new chapter of life with dignity, patience, and support. Their professionalism and heart already make a meaningful difference during what can be an emotional time. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and uplifting environment for their loved one.

From the moment we toured the facility, we were impressed by how modern, welcoming, and comfortable everything felt. It truly doesn’t feel like a care facility; it feels like home. The design, amenities, and community spaces make each resident’s experience personal and dignified.
The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Everyone we met knew residents by name and made us feel welcome right away. Brooke, in particular, was friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and reassuring. The team encourages residents to stay active, socialize, and enjoy life.
The apartments, dining, and wellness programs are top-notch. It’s clear that comfort, safety, and quality of life are priorities here. Families, including ours, have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in a beautiful place with such a caring team.
Highly recommended for assisted living where residents feel valued, supported, and at home.
