Our family is deeply grateful to the entire team at Gardens Care at Saddle Rock for the exceptional care they provided my dad over the last 13 months of his life. Every member of the team—from the caregivers and dietary staff to the leadership team—was genuinely invested in his well-being, dignity, comfort, and safety.
Throughout his stay, I witnessed compassionate, attentive care at all hours of the day and night. As his needs increased and he entered the final chapter of his life, the staff continued to care for him with remarkable kindness, respect, and unwavering compassion.
I am especially thankful for the love and support they also extended to my mom. She was my dad's fiercest advocate and never left his side, and the team cared for her just as thoughtfully as they cared for him.
"Thank you" hardly seems adequate to express our appreciation. Knowing my dad was surrounded by people who truly cared brought our family tremendous comfort during an incredibly difficult time. We will always be grateful to everyone at Gardens Care at Saddle Rock for the difference they made in my dad's life and in ours.
Gabrielle, first and foremost, I need to thank you for your help with the care of my mother. You and your organization have impacted me in a way I will never forget. Your partnership, support and understanding through my mother's stay in your home is greatly appreciated. You and your staff were dependable and a strong shoulder to lean on regarding my mother, her dementia, and the transitions she went through as she declined. Although there were a few bumps along the way, we were able to determine mom often created these concerns and we were able to make adjustments to help her. Your knowledge, counseling, and direction on how to help me and my mother were extremely helpful. Please share with your team my appreciation for all of their hard work and their top level care for my mother. Your team’s eagerness to help in the dining room, the housekeeper’s willingness to clean at a drop of a dime, and your nursing staff were so supportive every day. You, Vanessa, Austin, Sequoia, and Aurelia will always be considered life savers for me. Gardens Care Senior Living – Saddle Rock Memory Care provides a warm, caring, and supportive environment. The staff is compassionate, professional, and attentive to the individual needs of residents. I moved my father from a facility in northern Colorado to Renew Saddle Rock (RSR) in early May 2019. The change was like taking him from being in a black and white movie to being in a high definition color film. I am so pleased with the care he gets at RSR, from the administration, to nursing, to hands-on care, to housekeeping, to activities, and more. Their chef Holly is amazing and so dedicated! The entire staff is committed to excellence, and my Dad is simply happier at RSR. They frequently keep me up-to-date with their events, and I have quick access to all staff members. RSR is quite new and looks it, and it fits in well with its surrounding neighborhood. I am so happy that Dad is living at Renew Saddle Rock!

I'm terribly sad to report that Dad recently died. I miss him so very much. The RSR staff were terrifically supportive and compassionate during his final days. I greatly appreciate all they did. They were wonderful.
