How we got this estimateLow confidence · how we estimate
No observed prices in this area yet: based on a published statewide median (Genworth Cost of Care Survey (statewide median, assisted living, private one-bedroom), 2023), adjusted for community size (large community (76+ beds)).
Range is the middle half of those prices. Computed Nov 1, 2026. The community has not published or confirmed a rate; request pricing and we will relay the real quote within a day.
Final pricing varies by care needs and room availability. “Verified” means confirmed with the community on the date shown; “published” means listed by the community; “estimate” is derived from comparable Yuma observations and is not a quote.

Karen Hill★★★★★2 months agoWorst caregivers. Do not go there. I was there after rehab hospital for 9 days and they never gave me shower. Now they want keep my money because they say my dog stained their carpet & it was stained when I moved in. It was not cleaned either. Awful faculty and staff.. The attached picture is when my family moved my stuff in 5 days before I was there and carpet was stained & they never cleaned it before I was there .
Very bad experience. Do not recommend.
Russ Compton★★★★★9 months agoWe love River Valley Estates!!
Sandy helped us with my father in law!
They took good care of him! They made sure he had a cleaned room and always checked in on him! Great meals too. If he had a problem they were there to assist.
But most of they showed compassion and kindness to him. Thank you Sandy and team for taking good care my husband’s dad.
