I was searching everywhere for the right place to care for my mother who has dementia, and from the moment I spoke with Louis, the Executive Director, I felt completely at ease. He took the time to personally show me around, answer all my questions, and truly understand my mother’s needs.
Since moving to Ativo, my mom has been doing incredibly well. She’s engaged in activities, more active, and genuinely happier. It’s such a relief to see her thriving.
I’m so grateful for the care, compassion, and attention the team at Ativo provides. Thank you for everything you do!
Absolutely incredible service and staff. Luis the Executive Director is over-the-top. No issue is too small to be handled. He has helped us so much with my husband’s parents. The facility is very livable and comfortable. Residents are out and about all during the day. We have been very impressed with the facility and staff from the first day we went in. We highly recommend this facility.
This is such a lovely facility. I would recommend it to anyone. Luis was amazing with helping my family with the transition of my mom living in a facility. He really made us feel that she would be safe at her new home and answered all of our questions with compassion.
I live here in Ativo and I was so impressed with the staff and the kitchen. I was impressed with Luis the moment I shook his hand! We spent 4 hours together on a tour and I had to move in….i ordered 4 pouched eggs by the chef and was in love! Amazing place!
I recently had the opportunity to tour Ativo Senior Living community, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The entire property is beautiful and clean. What stood out most to me was the staff. Everyone I met was friendly. Luis took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease throughout the visit.
The amenities and activities offered were plentiful, engaging, and encouraged social interactions. It truly feels like a place where my mother could enjoy life.
