We are incredibly grateful for our experience with The Forum. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make what can be an overwhelming transition feel welcoming, comfortable, and reassuring.
Jen, our Family Advisor, was absolutely amazing. She even responded to my text on a Sunday and picked up the phone to talk with me when we needed guidance. She was incredibly patient, personable, compassionate, and professional throughout the entire process. She truly listened to our family’s concerns and helped us navigate every step with kindness and understanding.
Most importantly, everyone at The Forum welcomed my dad with open arms and immediately made him feel at home. That meant more to our family than I can put into words. The Health & Wellness team has also been wonderful…caring, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure he feels comfortable and well cared for.
We could not be more thankful for the kindness and support we received from the entire team. Knowing my dad is surrounded by people who truly care has given our family tremendous peace of mind. We are so grateful we found The Forum and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a warm, caring community for someone they love.
I've lived here for 23 years, and it truly feels like home. I originally moved here because my husband needed support, and it was one of the best decisions we made.
The food is wonderful, and I love all the people who work here. The residents have become like family, and the sense of community is something special.
My apartment couldn't be better. It's spacious, comfortable, and it feels just like home. The salon staff is fantastic. I go every week and always enjoy my visits. Transportation is excellent, and the drivers are always accommodating. My only complaint is that transportation stops at 4:00 PM. While many people may not see that as a complaint, I sometimes wish it ran a little later.
The activities department offers so many options that there's always something to do. In fact, my other "complaint" is that there are so many wonderful activities that I sometimes have to choose between them, and that can make me a little sad because I'd love to do them all!
After 23 years, I can honestly say this is a wonderful place to call home.
The Forum has shown incredible kindness and care when it matters for our parents from when they were living on their own until when they came under their care and safety at their facility. The staff are exceptionally patient and welcoming, creating a warm, “homey” environment for our parents when they needed it the most. Knowing our parents were comfortable and treated with genuine compassion brought us immense peace of mind. We are deeply grateful to the entire team at The Forum and highly recommend them to any family seeking a supportive care community for their loved ones.
The Forum is amazing & the people are what make it amazing ! I want to say Brooke Galarza is the Queen of all the amazingness! She is an absolute jewel! I perform for lots of retirement homes & by far Brooke is top notch! What a blessing you have in her in so many countless ways! She is an asset beyond compare! Do all you can for her & more! She is the gold standard!
Today around 7:30pm I was walking through the Forum property with my dog and one of your employee almost run me over. I guess there is no speed limit regulation? Likely I got his first name-SOLOMON. Unfortunately didn't get his last name. His position at the Forum is a caregiver. Wow! More likely care no given! I got upset and was trying to talk to him but man was laughing at my face and being very dismissive. Just imagine if it was one of the residents who lives there!! Shame on you Forum!!
For whoever is reading this, either you are current or future residents, keep this in mind ! Not sure how things are inside but outside definitely not safe
