Lori Donahue provided a tour for our family that was engaging and informative. Her communication was tailored to accommodate our family member’s limitations. She listened well and answered all of our questions with warmth and a shared concern for our needs. Our family member is considering options for future possible needs and Country Club at La Cholla delivers on many of the needs. The facility is clean, intimate, calm, and has many amenities to capture the interests of its residents.
We actually lived in two other "independent senior living" facilities which we found unsatisfactory. We decided to tour Country Club of La Cholla and were impressed with all they offered. We have a apartment that fits our needs, a reserved parking spot that is close to our apartment and lots of activities. We find the food very satisfying and have been impressed with the staff. The executive director, Amy, is very impressive and responsive to residents. She has a community meeting every Friday and keeps residents informed of what is happening in this community. Many residents we have met have been here 5 years or more. They do offer assisted living also.
We have recently moved into Independent Living at the Country Club of La Cholla after living four and a half years at Mountain View Retirement Village. We have the utmost praise for Sarah Rivera at the Country Club who has guided us through all the complications involved in the move. She has provided continuous support and is always available to answer questions and provide solutions to every one of our requests. She even anticipates our needs before we have an opportunity to express them. Besides being efficient, she is a caring and generous young woman. Our move would have been much more difficult without her help. She is the first staff we met and she is an excellent representative of what the Country Club provides to prospective clients.
The Country Club of La Cholla has been a perfect fit for my husband and me. We have lived here for a few years and have been comfortable and happy here. It's easy to make friends with other residents. We have also found that the employees are very friendly, postive and caring. Sarah, our Sales Director, who brings new residents to the Country Club campus. Sarah is professional, personable, solicitous, helpful and has good insight into the needs of her client(s). She then matches those needs to a new home here at The Country Club. Carolina is our Life Enrichment Director. There are more than 40 activities for for the residents each week. Carolina is delighful, happy and a cherry director all the while maintaining her professional decorum. The Country Club Of La Cholla is our Home!
I visited most of the senior living places in Tucson. When I met Sarah it was a great day. I came back twice with question she made me feel at ease. I then took my grad d ughter around when we got here she said this was the place. Sarah has been there for me the whole time. I have cried on her should she would say it will be ok. You could not have a better person in sales. She is honest and puts you at ease. I can not say enough good things about sarah.
