Linda K★★★★★4 years agoMy sister has been at Cascades since last November. It has been a wonderful experience for both of us! The environment is lovely and inviting and the apartments are spacious and well laid out for easy mobility. Her caregivers have been very kind, helpful, and responsive. It gives me much peace of mind that she is being well taken care of. The entire staff including reception, housekeeping, maintenance, dining services, health services, specific support, and managers are always very friendly and welcoming. It's obvious that they really care about the residents and their families. Their services are top notch and they are always looking for ways to make life there even better! Perhaps the best thing about Cascades are the life enrichment and activities they provide. My sister's life was very limited due to health and mobility issues. But at Cascades she goes to exercise classes, craft and watercolor classes, a variety of games, social events, and excursions to museums, live theater, restaurants, and others. She's made so many friends! She told me recently that she feels such a strong sense of community there and she's happy to be a part of it. Thank you Cascades!

Cascades is a phenomenal environment for your loved one. The entire staff is an absolute joy to interact with and they go above and beyond to accomodate the resident's and family's needs. Communication is the key to success and the staff, from the caregivers, facilities, housekeeping, med techs, assisted living and memory care are helpful, trustworthy, kind and most importantly respectful. If you're looking for a community for your mother or father, look no further. This is the best Tucson has to offer, incredible.
Paula Lundquist★★★★★2 years agoThe Cascades is an awesome family-run independent/assisted facility on the Eastside.My husband has Parkinson’s and early dementia and his care is so good that he said I should have moved him there months earlier.
Everyone on the staff of every section is caring, and bends over backwards to care for the residents living there. It’s hard to leave a spouse in the care of someone else when you are no longer able. Cascades makes it very easy and I have complete trust in them. Thank you Mr. Howard, for the facility you run and your amazing staff.
Chuck Puett★★★★★2 years agoI would like to Thank Crystal for her help and time spent showing us the facility. She answered all off our questions about the Memory Care Center and what to expect. She made it an easy decision even though the decision was incredibly difficult. She was always available for questions and always got the answer for us. Great at her job and so personable. After the decision was made for Mom to move into the Memory Care we met Tamra. Her job is to facilitate the move in. It is a very complicated process and she made it a breeze. She gave us a clear path to follow to get all the things needed for the move in. With all of her help it was accomplished in 1 week. She was available anytime we had questions and met with us whenever we needed her. Don't know how we would have been able to do everything required without Tamra. Before Mom moved in we met Anna the Director of Memory Care. We knew immediately that this was the place for Mom. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her Center was obvious from the beginning. She came to the house for the initial assessment and immediately made Mom feel comfortable. After Mom moved in she gave us daily updates on her progress to adapt to her new surroundings. Seeing her making friends, talking to other residents and really feeling comfortable in her new home made it easy for us to know we made the right decision. The entire Memory Care staff has been wonderful. Anna has done a fantastic job of putting it all together. Cascades of Tucson is in good hands with staff like Crystal, Tamra and Anna. Thank you so much.
