During an incredibly difficult time, Ark of Noah Home has been a beacon of hope and support for my father and our family. Following a severe stroke, my father was admitted to hospice care, where he has received round-the-clock attention from a team that truly understands the meaning of compassion and support.
The staff, from the nurses to the support personnel, have gone above and beyond to ensure not just the comfort of my father, but also to provide our family with the guidance and emotional support we needed. Their professionalism, coupled with a genuine warmth, has made a significant difference in our lives during this challenging period.
We are deeply grateful for the attentive care that my father receives at this home. It’s comforting to know he is in such good hands, surrounded by people who treat him with the dignity, respect, and kindness he deserves. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
After my dad suffered from severe stroke leaving him with cognitive deficits, I placed him at Ark of Noah Care Home. The most important thing I can say about this group home is that I never had a moment of worry about his care. Residents there are always clean, well fed, and taken care of. The staff is very friendly and supportive and shows a lot of empathy. I will recommend this group home to my friends and family.
We placed a friend here. Everything we were told at the door and everything on their site are all lies. There is only 1 caregiver. She yells at the 4 residents. Feeds them mainly very small portions of very spicy rice and tap water at most meals. They do not walk the residents as promised. The atmosphere is full of negativity, sadness. It is very sad for these folks to have to live the remaining time of their lives in this ugly atmosphere! She removes the call light button out of her reach and ties it away from her. Has told her numerous times NOT to press her call light during the night unless she is having a heart attack. Says she is the only care giver and needs her sleep. So much I could say. Needless to say my friend
will be leaving soon.
The owner of this group home is too busy with his personal life and also his other business. The caregivers come and go and no one is there permanently. He hires very young females to come in to be caregivers. Which they become very lazy and they prefer just to sit to watch TV and not take care of the patient. If you have another option I would advise you to not put your love ones here
This establishment recently took care of my mom in her final days. I couldn’t be happier that i chose them. The care they deliver goes beyond normal care. It’s hard to put into words, all I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ for taking care of my mother and I’ll always have you in my heart!
