My mom fell and broke her hip here, developed bedsores, and ended up in the ICU due to neglect. She did not return to the facility after that. At the start of her stay, we were told by the previous director that a portion of her stay would be covered by ALTCS once she was approved, which ended up not being the case. Instead, the remaining balance due was sent to collections within a month of the final bill coming due, while I was still communicating with the director about the ALTCS process. A collections agent contacted me and immediately threatened to sue me personally, despite the fact that I am not liable for debts as a guardian. I expressed that I was happy to pay the balance, but was unclear who I was even speaking with. I spent two days without a clear answer from PV Senior Living on what was going on, while being threatened by a random person I had never spoken to before. Dealing with all of this while my mom was actively in the end stages of life was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. There is an appalling lack of clear communication and quality care at this facility.
Overly i love this place, i especially love this particular med tech she helps me a lot and she never fails to make my day. She helps out alot and is always ready to help. She works in 6&7 and sometimes works in the Assisted living building.
My mother and my father reside at Paradise Valley Senior Living. WOW! What a Super Extraordinary home for my parents and many residents. Incredible director and staff. Such great energy moving through the whole place. I am so glad my parents live there. A very special place. Thank you so much Carlos, Maica, Rose, Jasmine and all the caregivers for all you do! Your hard work and caring hearts are seen and are greatly appreciated!!!
Rarely do i submit reviews (good or bad) Unfortunately I must report this Facility as absolutely terrible.
The front office is lovely. Even
when first touring it looks great.
But please please do not send your loved ones here!
My husband was here for help. I do admit it's a tough case, but the Director here is just a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Please do not be deceived, my husband was here for 5 months and now he cannot walk, can barely speak, cannot feed himself.
They also give false quotes on the price when you arrive, stating "we are working on updating our brochure"
I'm sad to say, they illegally had me pick him up myself & get a POA which is not legal. Then I had to drive him to a Hospital myself!!
AMAZING, the things you learn while in panic mode.
So in closing, I am extending an extreme warning to Anyone looking for help.
I will not post pictures just because I want to allow my Husband to have some self dignity left.

This facility & its staff is a gift from God. It’s a sad day when you have to move someone you love into a senior facility & entrust their wellbeing into the hands of strangers. I worked with Brett from start to finish & he was amazing. Attentive, caring, really listened to what my mom needed & made her feel at home from the beginning. Didn’t try to upsell me or pressure us into anything. We moved my mom here & she has been doing great. Thank you Brett & everyone here for making this life transition an easy one.
