Katie Moore★★★★★7 years agoMy niece lives at Arizona Desert Falls. No one wants to be away from home for serious medical reasons but in her case it is necessary, the family does not have the medical resources to care fro her appropriately. Arizona Desert Falls has been a great placement. They handle her day to day, sometimes under difficult circumstances. I can leave and know she is in good hands. They work with me to make sure she gets good care and remains as happy as possible under the circumstances. I give this home 5 stars, because it give her a good place to live as happily as possible and they give me peace of mind.
Bonnie Hillery★★★★★3 years agoMy sister-in-law has lived at AZDF for almost 4 years. With the ups and downs of Covid she is healthy and safe. The staff tries to keep the residents somewhat busy with activities throughout the week. There is a very qualified nurse who is there a few times a week and is available for emergencies. The management is very responsive to communication and we appreciate everything they do for her.
Sara Wage★★★★★3 years agoMy cousin is living here and has nothing but good things to say about the food, staff and director. I am so happy she is somewhere she is happy and safe because I live all the way in Tennessee so I can’t physically care for or check on her.
Jimmy Davis★★★★★2 years agoBeware!!! A bunch of weirdos work here.... Do NOT send your loved ones here, dirty, Food is slop, clothes and personal property gets stolen, Staff is extremely suspicious. Cameras don't work, soiled bedding, when you pop up unexpected (During normal biz hours) staff gets defensive and act as if I was bothering them, I can continue but running out of space... RUN!!!! AWAY!!!! OR you will regret it!
Sandra Eberling★★★★★3 years agoI love here at desert falls. I think the staff and the food are great. This is a top class operation. I would defently recommend this place
