How we got this estimateLow confidence · how we estimate
No observed prices in this area yet: based on a published statewide median (Genworth Cost of Care Survey (statewide median, assisted living, private one-bedroom), 2023), adjusted for community size (residential home (up to 6 beds)).
Range is the middle half of those prices. Computed Nov 1, 2026. The community has not published or confirmed a rate; request pricing and we will relay the real quote within a day.
Final pricing varies by care needs and room availability. “Verified” means confirmed with the community on the date shown; “published” means listed by the community; “estimate” is derived from comparable Phoenix observations and is not a quote.

Donna Collins★★★★★5 years agoAngel's Adult Group Home has been a wonderful place for my mother in law as she has advanced through late stages of Parkinson's over the last 3-1/2 years. Now being on Hospice, the nurses tell us how lucky we are to have such special caregivers! It is rare to find the attention to detail and loving care that she gets. I highly recommend this place to others.
D Jones★★★★★a year agoMy 92-year-old mother has been in Abel’s care home since October 2024 and we have been quite happy with her care there.
We toured a couple of other homes, but I knew the moment we toured this home that it was “the one”. The home is very clean and cheerful and the caretakers genuinely care about the patients.
They serve a variety of well-balanced meals and special snacks and treats, while catering to any special dietary needs.
Abel is a gracious person and celebrates each patient’s birthday as a special occasion and decorates for every holiday. It is so uplifting for both the patients and the visitors.
Our Hospice company remarked on how nice and well-run the home is. We are treated like family there and my mom is in very good hands. A huge thank-you to Abel and staff.
