The staff at Citadel was exceptional in the way they cared for our beloved Forrest in the memory care unit. From the moment we walked in the door we were always greeted with kindness. We really appreciated the loving concern shown by all from the receptionist, maintenance crew, med techs, care givers, and Whitney the supervisor of that unit. The physicians and their assistants were also very cooperative with Forrest’s needs. The facility is fully renovated , clean, and the rooms are very spacious.
We are so grateful to all for lovingly caring for Forrest until the day he died.
Such huge improvements on building to cleaning ! Care staff taking care of patients/residents ! Residents enjoying activities with Lucy and her team ! Makes the parties fun fun !
A pleasant surprise meeting the new Wellness Director of this facility. It has needed a strong preference for some time and she is hitting the ground running. There's nothing Megan and her team won't do. I see the changes for the better already. Hats off to them!
I went to visit my brother and from his fairly dim room I noticed an interaction with a patient and nurse in the hallway. I don't know who this nurse was but she was so kind and gentle this patient was a little upset and she just smiled and dealt with him beautifully. I was so impressed. God bless her. It's what you do when you think no one is watching that defines the person you truly are.
The changes that this facility has made are incredible. What’s cool…they’re not even close to done yet. Check it out if you’re needing a place!
